Exterior Cleaning Services in Knottingley

I was more interested in getting the joints finished than having a dramatic before-and-after photo. Elephant included re-sanding in the quote and completed that stage after the blocks had dried.

The paving looks clean and properly attended to. I thought the overall price was reasonable for what was involved.

The paving outside our bakery was looking grubby no matter how often we swept it. It's come up beautifully after the clean.

We arranged access before our customer-facing opening hours, with the staff movements discussed beforehand. Very pleased to have the entrance looking cared for again.

The bit beside the garage was almost black and I'd assumed it was permanently stained. It's cleaned up surprisingly well.

Very pleased with the drive as a whole, especially now the sand is back between the blocks.

Please thank everyone involved. My mother was thrilled with her little patio and rang me afterwards to describe every slab, more or less.

I've been over since and can see why she was pleased. It looks much brighter, and the area outside her back door was left clean too. She has her chair out there again.

I was worried about our textured finish being damaged. Ashley looked at it first and explained the low-pressure approach in terms I could understand.

That reassured me enough to book. The house looks fresher now, and the texture that I like is still there.

I deal with contractors regularly and mainly want to know what needs doing at our end. These people were clear about access, moving vehicles and when sections would be unavailable.

We prepared accordingly and the car park clean went ahead without a lot of last-minute discussion. The result was good. I'd be comfortable booking them again.

The old concrete was never going to look new, and they didn't pretend otherwise. It's considerably cleaner now, including the section beside the loading entrance.

We coordinated the work around a delivery and everything happened as planned. A useful job done without needing constant attention from me.

Ours was a straightforward booking for the rear wall. I was out for part of the visit, but we'd already agreed access and the area to be treated.

On my return everything was in order. The wall has improved further since then, as expected. A well-handled job and a fair charge.

I asked whether the green growth would return because that side gets very little sun. Ash was honest that cleaning wouldn't change the conditions there.

We discussed the optional treatment and I chose to include it. Too early to judge how long the result will last, but the existing growth has been removed and the driveway looks well cared for.

I needed a quote I could get approved without three rounds of questions. Elephant identified the areas, explained the treatment and separated the additional work we'd asked about.

Approval was straightforward after that. The team completed the agreed paving and concrete areas, including the narrow section beside the building. I inspected before signing the job off and had no issues to raise. The invoice matched what we'd authorised.

Had used them previously, so rang again when the side wall needed attention. Arranging it was straightforward.

They assessed the staining, explained the work and gave me a price I was happy with. The treatment has improved the wall without us having to do anything further. I've been advised to keep an eye on that shaded area, which seems sensible enough.

A very courteous team. I was at home while they worked and felt comfortable leaving them to it.

Thank you for taking such care.
